hidden layer in drawing model

Hi all,

I want to information on the layer hidden item. Why some items are in this layers and why when i move this items to the others layers like show item layer and i save the layers state,

I see the item correctly on the view of drawing but if i save the modifications when i close the draw model et i open this after, this modifications are not save.

Specifically for dimensions, you can delete or erase them in a drawing. Why are you using layers to hide them?

The dimensions are automaticaly put in this layer (hide). I don't no why Creo create this layer and why this dimensions find in this state.
