k-12 Tab is not present

Hello pTC community

I have downloaded ptc creo 3.0 m040 students edition

I am learning creo from k12 material "how to model almost anything"

In this pdf files I have found  a tab on creo screen that is "k-12" tab. It is not on my software.  How to show it?
