I guess that the window belong to custom application. I think you cannot create Creo mapkey representing Search button clicking. Maybe AutoIT will help you.
I've never noticed the window you posted either, but I've only gotten to Creo 3/ WC 10.2.**
In any case, mapkeys are recordings of activities within the Creo parametric modeler and this looks like it is part of Windchill interface, which doesn't have mapkeys.
**With the embedded browser supplied with Windchill I have no idea why there would be an additional window like that. Is there some other PDM/PLM software in use?
