It is possible to create this geometry with Creo parametric 3.0. I would use 3 sweeps, one each for proximal and distal non helical trajectories and one helical sweep for the coils to connect them.

    I was like....what the h3ll is wrong with this drawing....then I realized it's 1st angle projection.  Man, I can;t believe anyone still uses this, it's SO bass-ackwards....
