Most people working on these projects will utilize the framework extension. Secondarily, the cabling module will also help with wiring your project. If aerodynamics are seriously considered, advanced analysis and surfacing is probably helpful.

This level of effort is typically a team effort as a full development project may require more time than your degree would normally take.

Being a student, you can get a great deal on an academic version of the software and its extensions. Just be aware that compatibility with the full version is limited at best.

Hi Chandrasekhar,

This post might be too open-ended. Creo Parametric has VERY broad spectrum of applications for engineering design. Can you tell us what you are looking to accomplish so the community users can tell you if the software has the functionality?

Im looking forward for creo in designing an automobile. I have very little knowledge about different areas in it PTC. So im looking forward in designing a completly equiped student formula racing car so im enthusiasic to know about the advancements in Creo which would help me in the long run

im presently using the student version itself and il be trying the cabling module as you said and thank you for the valuable suggestions given. I doubt if the advanced analysis in CREO would be better and i do not have an idea of it still but anyways thank you for valuable suggestions

Good luck with your project, Chandrasekhar.
