I have a sheetmetal part, where i try to achieve uniform corner gab between 0.1 - 0.4 mm so that i can do minimum weld to get best finish. But i am not able to get uniform corner gap, and also getting interference. need to know any option is there or workaround is there? i also have attached the creo .prt file for your reference.

Creo version 10.0.3

If you zip your file, you can attach it here in the community

For this shape, I would suggest you start with a solid and convert to sheetmetal by shell. You can then define all of the bends and rips with the conversion tool.  You will most likely still have to clean up many of the corners with cuts.

There is always more to learn.
