Hi,

option 1.] You do not have active support at PTC. Are you able to download installation zip files ? If download is forbidden then your support is inactive and PTC stopped sending emails to you.

option 2.] Sending emails from PTC Technical Support renews & Alerts was disabled. Check https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/subscriptions/subscriptions.jsp page. 

option 3.] Your PTC account is corrupted somehow. Go to http://support.ptc.com/support/feedback/web-account.htm page and report the problem.
