Cannot publish illustration to Windchill

Hello,

 

I am using Creo Illustrate 6.0 and have windchill 11.0 M030-CPS17. I have created animation, sequence, and couple of figures for illustration. I'm trying to publish illustrations to windchill so that graphics can be used in arbortext. But I'm getting error message that publishing to a server location is not supported.

Publishing is done as part of the check in process to Windchill and cannot be done as a separate process.

I would suggest reaching out to your PTC sales representative to make sure you have the full end to end setup correctly configured.  

Once you have this setup correctly the figures will be published to Windchill on check in and will be recognised by Arbortext.
