Hi Adrian,

We did already but were initially disappointed, but we got a hint by the Case owner to respect Article - CS346049 - Creo Illustrate and Windchill PDMLink fail to check in c3di files in direct connection mode, which is not directly the same issue, but looks like blocking since Creo Illustrate 12 also the stand alone client version.

We testing it at the moment and looks like we got the previous performance back, even a bit quicker ...

Hi @rheinz

Thank you for your question.

Your post appears well documented but has not yet received any response. I am replying to raise awareness. Hopefully, another community member will be able to help.

Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant. It sometimes helps to have screenshots to better understand what you are trying to do.

I would suggest contacting Tech Support so this issue can be investigated properly.

Information that will be needed:

  • Full set of logs
  • To know if there are any network file systems in use?
  • Were there any anti-virus type tools running?
