It is pratically impossible to see the difference between a sketch or a datum reference in a sketch: points.CSYS, axis.

Please change the geometric display of datum references.

Better yet, go back to the pre-Creo approach in which there was only one type of each entity?

I totally agree with you. Sometimes we may select simple point and if we are regenerating big assembly it will take time and by the time we need to do same activity again. I would vote for an idea.
