Usually this is because of corrupt data. To have a look at it and probably correct them, a case needs to be opened at PTC. Link: https://support.ptc.com/apps/case_logger_viewer/cs/auth/ssl/log
I opened C15798014. You will be contacted by PTC. You may accept this as solution for this community thread.
