I made a template including several sheets in creo schematics and then I create a new design using the same template. But, each sheet`s ID are the same. I need to make deferent sheet`s ID for a new design

in order to have these sheets as template (and create new sheets in the new design), you need to create them as sheet template in the design catalog (in your template design) :
and create new sheets (in the new design) based on these template :

I understand your recommendations. In my case, It happens when I create a new design by reusing existing design data, including WID sheets. Because this design is very similar to the existing design.
How to reuse existing design data for new derived designs?

How to change the ID of the sheet?

you can copy-paste the sheets in the design- it will create new sheets with new ID (but in the same time all the instances on the sheet will be created with new name & ID ).
other option is to create new sheets and then move the instances to the new sheets (using 'Move to Sheet' tool)
