Images disappear in Keyshot render

I have a model in Creo 4.0 (academic edition) with an image pasted onto a filled sketch. The image is visible when modelling and when shaded with reflections is enabled and when ambient occlusion and scene background is selected.  The screen grab below shows the image (green plant) is displayed.

As soon as I enter Applications > Render studio, the plant image disappears. 

I've tried all of the lighting presets in Real-time settings.
