Installation issue

I am using Creo Direct N/A N/A

Hi Support Team

We bought the Creo and try to install. First I already input the HOST ID and get license file. and try to Add my staff PC it shoe "Not Suitable"

May I know what should I do ?

Here are the errors that I faced

This is the user community, not PTC support. You may get some help but you would be much better off asking PTC support for help.

As you are installing Creo , may be  for the  first time, and you alredy get your license file with the hostID , if your license is a floatting license, you need to install the License server application.

Run install_license_server.exe under Creo 8.0 installation media folder to install license server .

As you install Creo 7.0  you need to:

 Run install_license_server.exe under Creo 7.0 installation media folder.
