Measurements with Creo Illustrate

I have two questions about measurements:

Label

When creating a measurement, Illustrate displays a label in the drawing like: "Min Dist 20 mm" Is it possible to change this label? Because we produce manuals for several languages we don't want to have text in a picture. So only "20 mm" would suit us better or even only a letter (for example "A", where A is explained in the manual text).

Insets

Is it possible to display the measurement annotation in an Inset?
