Creo Ansys stuck at generating results 0%

I'm running a Structure Study in Creo Ansys and it will complete the Mesh and Solve, but will not complete the Results. It is stuck at 0%. Does anyone have a detailed solution of how to fix this issue that they are willing to share?

2. Show a screenshot of your issue.

Hi cbroach,

 

This is a known issue with some machines that has to do with when the results are written.  There are three fixes that we know of.  The first fix that will work every time is to disable hybrid graphics in the bios so the only display being used is the discrete graphics card.  The second and third fix are being documented by tech support currently and will be posted soon.
