Creo Simulate Welds Not Showing up as Bonded

Hi all,

I'm having trouble in a fairly large welded assembly. I have maybe 10-15 welds across the board. Some of the welds are solids & some are shells. I've had to switch between solid/shell because every so often I'll have a fillet weld that only shows up as bonded (under review geometry) on one of the two edges/sides. See screenshot (attached) for example. Is simulate still recognizing the weld even though it doesn't show up in review geometry? Any fix for this?

Using Creo 5.0.4 for reference.
