Question

Creo Simulation Live is too slow with RTX 3060

Hi, I have a PC with GeForce RTX3060 and I use Creo 4.0.

I borrowed a 30-day trial license of Simulation Live, but it is too slow on my computer

If I clik the simulation tab, it takes about 10mins to turn on and the simulation process also takes about 10mins.

Both of them should be done within a minute.

I asked the sales person about it but he just keeps saying "Simulation Live is not compatible with your graphic card".

I looked up the requirements of Simulation Live and found that it only supports up to Pascal architecture(GeForce GTX),but RTX is Ampere architecture.

I wonder if anyone has the same issue but has solved the problem.

Hi,

download Creo Hardware Checker from https://www.ptc.com/en/creo-hardware-check page and use it to test your graphic card.
