Creo View/Internet Explorer Issue

When I have a model open in Creo View my internet explorer does not function correctly and often crashes when I try to open web pages.  Creo View also crashes when this happens.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Maybe it's deeper than this but I would do the following.

1. Uninstall Creo View.

2. Clear out the internet explorer temp files.

3. Just for the heck of it clear out the Java cache files.

4. Restart your computer.

5. Install Creo View.  You could use 3.0 but 3.1 is released.  I suggest updating to 3.1 if possible.

If that still doesn't work then I don't know what else it could be.
