How to change the legend values from scientific format to fixed format?

I know how to change them to scientific format (based on ptc article https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS124580).

Is there anyway to change the scientific format to fixed format instead of the current years-long vote-consider-action procedure? This is a basic function needed in result presentation. Why bother end users to vote for ptc to take actions to add this basic unction? End users will not be bothered to vote instead of voting on using competitors' FEA software tools.

Why ANSYS has this basic function but Simulate needs people's vote to have this basic function?
