I am trying to re-licence my PTC simulate educational product ?

I have used the following link to re-licence my software. I successfully finished the process then I was able to access the simulate and load a model. However, it pauses and respond "Unable to get the required Creo simulate licence. please contact your sales representative" ... Please help I am in a middle of project crisis ?
