Mistake 0x06000012

Recently I installed PTC Creo Parametric on my PC after being able to enjoy working with it during an internship. Due to being a student I got a school license and the installation was finished properly. But when I tried to start the program it told me: "PTC Creo Paramtric Student Edition gets shut down due to an issue with the Quality Agent. If trying to contact the technical support, please declare mistake 0x06000012". I have been browsing the community about this issue for a couple of days and there was no proper answer. So what can I do to solve this?

I have the same issue and the same situation. ->0x06000012

But i try to use Creo 2.0 on Windows 10.. is this maybe the Problem?

Only certain datecodes are supported for Windows 10. For Creo 3.0 you need M060 and higher, and for Creo 2.0 it is M190 and higher.
