Mold Analysis

Hello,

When performing a filling analysis of a plasrtic part, the mold analysis does not work, I get the following error:

Analysis failed.
Check the model geometry and process conditions or review the analysis log to resolve the error.

ERROR E5700: Moldex3D / Solid-Enhanced Flow: 2020 Build 2020.1.2002.10789.

Symptom:
You may not have enough memory to run this case!

Solution:
Please try to increase your RAM or decrease number of elements and rerun
the analysis.

I did the analysis on another computer, with double the RAM, but the same error continues. The problem is not the RAM.

Does anyone know if I should install any plugins or what I should do to make the mold analysis work without problems.
