hardware requirements Creo Simulate

Hi everybody, My computer have Intel I7 processor 8th gen, 32gb ram, ssd and Nvidia RTX 2060 8gb, but I have some problems and errors.

Do you think it's because of the graphics card ?

I must change my graphics card?

There is a configuration that I missed ? or Just update the card drivers?
