Arbortext 5.4 - Linking from map files to repository and highlighting text in topics

Hi,

We have recently upgraded Arbortext to version 5.4 and cannot get linking from map files to a Trisoft repository and highlighting text in topics to work.

Anyone who knows where to set that?
