Arbortext 7.1 Print Preview keeps getting stuck on [fmt 2].

Recently had to reinstall Arbortext on my workstation and it seemed like the installation went well until I tried to preview a document in Editor. It never gets past the second page while formatting before just not doing anything else, it doesn't freeze or lock up, just isn't doing anything. 

Verified that the xmls work on other workstations. I don't see any noteable differences in my settings compared to other workstations. 

Not sure if anyone has run into an issue like this before and would know what to look for.
