Arbortext CMS - how to make a set of logo imagess for use by any author?

New Arbortext user here--

We have directories of graphics on our file system, organized by products or by purpose. How do you set up similar sets of reusable graphics that many authors will use in many documents. For example, we have a directory of logos. How would you best set those up in Arbortext CMS for use by any author?

Thank you,

Lisa A

    OK, "the latest and greatest"

Have you considered creating a separate library and replicating the folders structure you currently have (e.g. Logos, etc) within it?

Do you mean Arbortext Content Manager (ACM) as "Arbortext CMS"?

What Editor and ACM versions are you using?

Yes, thank you. We have Arbortext ACM v 10 and Arbortext Editor v 6.
