We're in the process of installing this on approximately 200 workstations and have begun receiving sporadic reports of users being unable to access the Help files either by using the F1 key or via the Arbortext Editor Help menu.
On the PCs where this fails, the user receives an HTTP Error 500. I managed to discover that the Help file dialog that opens is trying to access this address--http://127.0.0.1:62174/index.jspx?id-help7550&action-.
No other pattern has been detected for the PCs this is happening on. Our environment is primarily Windows XP with a handful of Windows 7 PCs.
Has anyone else run into this issue or know of a possible resolution? Thanks.
