Arbortext price

Hi,

I'm trying to figure out pricing for Arbortext with Styler, but can't seem to get a hold of any salespeople from PTC, I fill out a form and never hear from them. Does anyone know approximately how much is one user license is?  If not, can I get a phone number or an email of someone that can actually give that information?
