Azerbaijani (AZ) and Ukrainian (UA) language support in Arbortext Styler?

Does Arbortex Styler support Azerbaijani (AZ) and Ukrainian (UA) langauge setup? I do not see either one in the language setup, but we need to be able to support both languages.
