Change to Arbortext standard product support

PTC’s Arbortext Business Unit is committed to providing ongoing feature-rich releases of the Arbortext product suite.  Each release also addresses requested product fixes and has enhancements to the product’s security features.  PTC encourages customers to keep current with Arbortext releases so they have the latest updates and fixes.

Effective immediately, the PTC Arbortext Editor, PTC Arbortext Styler, PTC Arbortext Publishing Engine, PTC Arbortext Architect, PTC Arbortext Advanced Print Publisher, PTC Arbortext Layout Developer, and PTC Arbortext Layout Editor products are changing the lifecycle of our releases.   

The new Standard Lifecycle End Dates for the Arbortext release streams are:

Arbortext 8.0.0.0,  8.0.1.0: March, 2022

Arbortext Layout Developer 12.0.0.0, 12.0.1.0:  March, 2022

Arbortext 8.1.0.0: October, 2022

Arbortext Layout Developer 12.1.0.0: October, 2022

There will be no maintenance releases for these streams after the lifecycle end date.

We are planning the 8.2.0.0/12.2.0.0 releases for Q4 of calendar 2021.
