Changing font size of menus and toolbar buttons

We are using Arbortext Editor 7.0 M030. Is it possible to change the font size of menus in Arbortext Editor? Also, I would be interested in learning if it is possible to change the size of buttons in the toolbar?

 

Any tips would be much appreciated.
