I have created a DLM Quick Start Files page on adepters.org. It includes a handful of sample files and file fragments that I took from a working DLM implementation, genericized, tar'ed (since adepters.org doesn't support .zip files), and uploaded. There is a readme and some file fragments have comments inside.
