Getting big errors when scaling, moving or rotating in Isodraw 7.3 in Windows 10

We've just upgraded to Windows 10 from XP and also finally upgraded to Isodraw 7.3 (M060).
We're having major issues with scaling. moving and rotating.
Lines are being lost or added. See the example attached, left hand view is original, right hand view has just been copied and moved - same thing happens when scaling or rotating.
It's not consistent, sometimes it's the ellipses that go wrong, sometimes it's lines.
Another glitch we've come across so far, but not as serious:
Using F5 (to split lines with ref points), the ref points are often either difficult to see or missing altogether.
Does anyone else have these problems and if so, what can be done to correct them?
