How to access https graphic url only http url works both in Arbortext editor and PE 7.1

Hi
We have configured the https access for the image URLs recently.
We can only access the http port url in Arbortext editor but we can not access the HTTPS url. Is there any place we need to configure in the local certificates for Arbortext editor and PE to access the our image server https URL
