How to borrow offline license with LMTOOLS for PTC Arbortext

Hi all,

I have a Flex LM license server running and I need to export one of those licenses to an air-gapped PC. I have no idea what I am doing as the license guy was laid off. I can see we have LMTOOLS running on the server and it shows FlexLM server for PTC. I also see a borrowing tab but it does not seem to give me a license file that I can use.

I click Borrowing, I leave Vendor Name: All, I set a return date/time, and hit "set borrow expiration". But where would I get the license key that I need?
