Does the MathML equation in AAPP can edit in a editor window， and modify the XML at the same time.

There is nothing available "off the shelf", but it is possible that an integration can be written. We have integrated Design Science MathFlow Equation Composer with APP for output of MathML equations. A similar approach could be taken for editing of MathML equations, but it would require some R&D.

I believe Design Science supports an integration with PTC Arbortext Editor for MathML equation editing, but that would mean your XML editing would occur in Arbortext Editor, and composition would occur separately via APP.
