Is there anyway to generate PDF document from XSL-FO file like Apache FOP (xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/)? I am currently evaluating between between Apache FOP and Windchill (which contains Arbortext I assume?). Apache FOP is may not in the approved product list, but Windchill is so I am evaluating to see if I can convert XLS-FO to PDF from command like like Apache FOP (that is fop.bat foo.fo foo.pdf).
