Question

Isoview VRML/WRL, viewing 3D objects.

How can I use IsoView to view 3D objects? Can IsoDraw render a 3D view which can be moved and rotated freely? What file format does it need to be in? I have a VRML/WRL file that IsoView does not recognize.

I've attached a WRL file as an example.

You can view 3D objects/scenes in IsoView if they are saved as IsoDraw files (.iso/.isoz/.idr/.idrz).

Simply open the (unzipped!) wrl file in IsoDraw and just save it .iso or .isoz.

In IsoView you can rotate freely around the object with right mouse button and pan with the left.

In IsoDraw you have to choose the rotate tool and select an axis (e.g. press "X" on the keyboard for x-axis.) to rotate

the scene or the selected object.

IsoView can also show CreoView files (.ol/.pvz/.edz) (- but why not use CreoView then?).
