Moving Isodraw to new machine

I need to change my IsoDraw 7.1 to a new machine. I can't find the online facility to request a license change. Can someone please let me know how to go about it.

Hi,

You need to transfer a license file by using "Reconfigure Software Licenses" option on PTC site, here: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/lm/rsl/reconfig.jsp. Also, when creating a request for a new license, you must specify the new MAC-address (from a new computer). You can use "MAC Reader" to determine MAC address of network card: http://communities.ptc.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/38-27743/MAC_Reader-en.exe
