I am trying to use Styler (5.3) with PE to atomically calculate this and plumb in the right amount of blank pages. To complicate things the blank pages are not the last pages in the book either. So I'm wondering if anyone out there has accomplished this task. I hear that 5.4 makes it easier to accomplish this but I can't switch at the current time. One last thing my stylersheet is xsl-fo.
I asked this question a while back but the issue has come up again. I never really solved this before and would like to give it a go again.
