Styler 5.3 m110: Can I code a secondary index in FOSI source edits?
Hi,
I'm trying to code a field name index based on the element <field> with
child <field_name>. I've made "custom" indexes before, but only in FOSI. The
doctype already has an element based "standard" index (<indexterm><primary<br/>...).
I can output the field index contents only if I do not set userule="2". When
I do that, it fails. Am I just missing something or is there a limitation
I'm not aware of when using a .style rather than a FOSI in this regard?

I know very little about styler. Non-zero userules are ignored when set userules=off. The default is on. This might be only for FOSI, though. In any case, are you sure the setting is correct?
