Testing zipped custom directory

Hello all,

We have recently upgraded to Arbortext 5.4 M100, and I'm giving zipped custom directories a spin.

I zipped up a local custom directory with one document type in it, stuck it on a web server, and pointed my APTCUSTOM to the URI.

Starting Arbortext, it looks like it's trying to unpack it, but I get this error: "Couldn't open font family configuration file

Nothing I do (including physically adding this directory and file to the zip) prevents the error. Has anyone tried the zipped deploy?

Another wrinkle to this that might give a clue...

I took the exact same zip file that caused the error below, placed it on a network share, set APTCUSTOM to point at it, and it starts up and caches the environment no problem.

So HTTP download causes an error during extraction, network share causes no error. Odd...

    Any ideas? PTC folk?
