Where can I get a list of commands users can run from the command line? Like dt (delete tag) and it (insert tag), etc.

Where can I get a list of commands users can run from the command line? Like dt (delete tag) and it (insert tag), etc.

Our administrator has changed our help tag to an in-house set of instructions, and we don't have a list of available commands, like mt for modify tag, or find, etc.
