LIZ FRALEY, Single-Sourcing Solutions, is a long-time Arbortext user,
customizer, stylesheet developer, and implementer. In addition to
being a senior software architect, she is the founder of
Single-Sourcing Solutions, a qualified, experienced reseller of
Arbortext Products. She has over 15 years experience programming,
teaching, and supporting knowledge growth in the community, including
more than a decade of experience with the Arbortext product line. She
has presented at industry conferences including Content Management
Strategies and the PTC/User (formerly AUGI) conferences annually since
2003.

She holds degrees in Computer Science and English from the University
of College Park and a Masters in English from the University of
Southern Mississippi. Single-Sourcing Solutions provides software and
services to support the implementation and operation of a DITA-based
publishing system: Arbortext.

XML/Single-Sourcing Programmer/Architect. She has been working in XML
since 1999 and has presented at several conferences including PTC User
conference and the Center for Information Development Management
Content Management Strategies conference. She architected and
implemented the single-sourcing system for Juniper Networks. She has
advised Northrop Grumman, at both the sector and corporate levels, on
the implementation of xml authoring and publishing systems.

working with XML and XSLT for over 5 years. She specializes in the
practical development and deployment of mission critical custom XML
applications and application-specific XML tool development. She is a
strong advocate of architectures that directly improve efficiency,
productivity, and interoperability.

With experience in both high-tech and government sectors, she is
currently advising on the technical design and strategy of development
effort for an XML authoring system at Northrop Grumman Electronic
Systems Marine Systems (Sunnyvale, CA). Before that, she independently
designed, documented and implemented single sourcing at Juniper
Networks.

She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees in English and an
undergraduate degree in Computer Science. She serves on the Council
for the San Francisco Bay Chapter of the ACM. She is very active in
the XML user community, presenting papers regularly at industry and
vendor conferences.
