can you format touchup PIs in HTML Help output using native Styler 6.0 m010?

I can do it to PDF output using FOSI edits but I can't seem to get it to
show up in HTML Help output using native Styler formatting. I am looking at
the complex set of <xsl:template>s I had in my 5.3-functional (but
originally exported from 5.1 or 5.2 Styler) XSL HTML Help stylesheets and
not liking the idea of bringing them all into an HTML Help edit ...

    I deleted the element "touchup" from my Styler stylesheet and replaced it
    with the element "_touchup" and I am, again, able to format FOSI output
    (without FOSI edits) but I still can't get it to fire outputting HTML Help.
