Our situation

Editor 7.1 m060  (using TIA) 

IsoDraw 7.3 M090 (Exporting CGMS)

 

We recently upgraded from windows 7 to win 10. Our users are now having an issue when scrolling through topics, that when coming into contact with the cgms, the cgms take over the scroll wheel are zoom in and/or out. We did not see this in windows 7. Does anyone know how to disable this feature.
