ThingWorx vs Windchill?

When trying to add some licenses to a Windchill server, I'm getting a required field to add a ThingWorx Device ID? Why is this being required?

You must have selected one or most ThingWorx licenses in your allocation.  Deselect those and it won't prompt for a ThingWorx Device ID.

@joe_morton , @TomU There is one product in particular that is used across Windchill and ThingWorx bundles. It is ThingWorx Navigate. Since you are intending for a Windchill Instance, you need to ensure you are selecting the Windchill version which is noted in the Product Description and can be identified by the Product ID starting with 'W' instead of 'T' - if you select the ThingWorx Product ID, the system will prompt for the relevant device ID.

Here's a side by side as an example:

Did you say it was possible to easily filter all available license to only show Windchill licenses or only show ThingWorx licenses?  (Maybe a single check box?)

@TomU  Based on feedback, we're trying to expedite a pre-defined filter to select only ThingWorx or only Windchill. The best way to accomplish it now is to filter down the product IDs. A suggestion below:

Filter on Product ID, adding each 3 letter acronym separately. Multiple Product ID filters will default to AND searching.

ThingWorx: 'TWA', 'TWX'

Windchill: 'NRM','WEC','WFP','WML','WPD','WPL','WSI'
