How to get some attributes of Documents

Hi,

I am new here and I have a problem

I need to extract the following information from each Document (not CAD document) and put it into a list together with the Document's number.

"Modified by", "Last Modified", "Created by", "Created", "Updated by", "Last updated"

Can someone help me to find out the correct setting for the Querybuilder.

By the way, I am still using Windchill 8.
