How to create a Boolean property to determine if the code in the task has been submitted

I want to create a Boolean property to determine if there is committed code under SCM Commits.

I have found the relevant attributes for attachments and comments in the help file, but I have not found any attributes related to code submission

I also couldn't find a direct option to access the SCM Commits entry for further processing, so I've already raised an idea for it.
